Dana Schaal
Associate Attorney
Dana Schaal is a California State licensed attorney based in San Diego who works alongside Daniel Weiner to provide trust administration, estate planning, and probate services to families and individuals across California.
Dana leverages her knowledge and skill to help her clients navigate state and federal laws to ensure her client’s plans, well-being, and goals are achieved as efficiently as possible. Her practice focuses on probate administration, trust administration, estate planning, succession planning, and asset protection.
Dana lives in San Diego with her fiancé, Corey, and their rescue pup, Frankie.
Dana obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from the University of North Florida in Jacksonville, Florida, and her Juris Doctorate (JD) from the California Western School of Law in San Diego, California. In law school, she worked in estate planning, tax law, and elder law while remaining a proud member of the Pro Bono Honors Society.
Prior to joining Weiner Law, Dana was an associate attorney with a family office where she assisted in trust administration, oversaw tax preparation for individuals and entities, prepared various estate planning devices, and administered probate cases.
